Mike Eve

Mike Eve, Chairman, is the recently retired Aon Risk Services CEO. At the point of Mike’s retirement; Aon was the second largest broker in the world and the largest in the UK. Since joining Heirtrace as Chairman, Mike has refocused the company to exploit its specialist expertise in the emerging political and regulatory environment.

Bob Newton is Heirtrace’s advisor on the financial service sector. He holds a number of non executive and advisory roles in the financial service industry including a non executive directorship of Co-operative Financial Services. He has held senior executive positions in a number of insurance companies, most recently NFU Mutual from which he retired as Deputy Chief Executive in 2006.

 

 

Derek Rodbard

Derek Rodbard is Director of Operations. Derek founded the business 10 years ago and has led it through its development since then. Derek’s skills and experience lie in detailed forensic searching. As one of the most experienced researchers in the industry, Derek has trained and now leads the increasingly competent Heirtrace research team.

 

 

David Rich

David Rich is Director of Business Finance and Strategy; David has been involved in the legal and insurance world for more than 23 years, practising as a personal injury lawyer for 15 of those years. David later built and sold a software house, specialising in insurance claims management and so brings not only a wealth of legal knowledge, but also his skills and experience in the insurance sector.

 

 

Danielle Zitman

Danielle Zitman joined Heirtrace in July 2007 as the Director of Marketing to develop targeted client propositions and bring them to appropriate markets. Danielle specialises in maintaining effective client relationships, developing products and supporting the day to day operation of the business and its financial control. Danielle previously managed the fundraising events department at a major charity.

 

 

Maxine Osborne

Maxine Osborne has led Customer Support at Heirtrace for five years. Before joining, Maxine spent 11 years with the Woolwich, as a Senior Customer Service Support Assistant and so brings a detailed knowledge of customer confidentiality, anti money laundering and customer verification procedures to her leading role in customer support. She currently oversees all customer communication, correspondence and verification procedures within the asset reunification process.
