Would you like to resolve that problem file permanently?
Whether you need to find a single missing beneficiary or a number of heirs, we can apply our extensive knowledge and experience to an enormous variety of cases. We are confident that, with our expertise and state of the art research tools (some unique to us), we can bring your case to a straightforward conclusion speedily, without fuss, and with discretion.
The most cost effective solution in the industry?
Heirtrace works only to the instructions of you, the client, and invoice only for work done. We do not seek to obtain a percentage of the beneficiary’s entitlement. Our costs are transparent and relate directly to work done. We are certainly the most competitively priced professional genealogist and tracer you will find.
Does the research need to meet insurance requirements?
Missing Beneficiary Indemnity insurance policies are designed to protect the executor, administrator or trustee against the possibility that a missing or unknown beneficiary may come forward after distribution of the estate. In cases where the beneficiary is impossible to trace, Heirtrace will produce a report acceptable by indemnity insurers, affording a much lower premium than would otherwise be the case.
Do you have a simple problem of an incorrect or out of date address?
Lack of response from a beneficiary can cause a disproportionate problem, sometimes simply because and address in a Will is incomplete or out of date, with a wrong or incomplete postcode. We offer an inexpensive same day service on verification of addresses and postcodes.
Because every case is different we do not work to a standard pricing structure. We prefer to look at your input information and then provide an opinion as to feasibility, together with a firm quote and time scale in simpler cases, or an estimate in more complex cases. All quotes and estimates are without any obligation to you or your firm, and any incidental information we provide in such feasibility studies is free of charge.
If you would like any further information or would like us to quote on a case in particular please contact us.
